Purchasing Process
Step 1. Check out our available puppies
Step 2. Fill out an application
We will notify you within 48 business hours (Monday-Friday)
- If you do not receive notification of approval or denial within 2 days (excluding the weekend) please submit a contact form at the bottom of this page
Step 3. Put a deposit down
We ask for a $300 deposit down to either
- Purchase a puppy currently available with an approved application
- Placement on the waitlist with an approved application
- We accept deposits through PayPal, Venmo, and Cash.
- Deposits are non-refundable and go towards the final cost of your puppy
- Deposits last one year from date of receiving them. If this occurs, we will notify you that it is expiring during the last litter
- We will provide a receipt once your deposit is received via email within 48hr business hours (Monday-Friday)
- If you do not receive one within 2 days (excluding the weekend) please submit a contact form at the bottom of this page
Step 4. Picking your puppy
Purchasing a puppy on the website
If there is not a note about puppies going through the waitlist at the top of the page, or above a litter, then the puppies have already gone through the waitlist and are looking for a home.
We try to update the puppies available regularly and within 48 hours of a puppy being purchased. If you are interested in a specific puppy, please complete an application!
If you have completed an application, but haven't put a deposit down yet, fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page.
If you want to come meet the puppies, please reach out to schedule a time with us by filling out the form at the bottom of this page.
Puppies are first come first serve after they go through the waitlist. If we have scheduled a time for you to meet the puppy the same day, and you have an approved application, we will hold that puppy for 24 hours to provide you time to meet the puppy and make a decision. If you cannot schedule to meet the puppy within 24 hours, we do not guarantee that puppy will still be available. You can always put a deposit down before meeting the puppy, but we always encourage people to come meet puppies if they can.
We always work with potential families to meet the puppy before or after a deposit. We do try to limit the time of visits to one prior to the puppy to go home to ensure the puppies remain healthy.

Step 5. Bringing your puppy home
- We willingly work with families to ship or transport their puppy across the country or world.
- Flying pets through airlines are typically the fastest option, and puppies would be flying out of DSM
- Remaining balance is cash only.
- Full payment, along with any transporting fees, must be paid the day of pick up, or 3 days prior to the puppy being shipped/transported by another vendor.
- Puppies will be ready for their pick up or shipment at 8 weeks old, unless flying internationally, or if otherwise discussed.
- We will keep your puppy until 9 weeks old for pick up or shipment without any additional charges.
- If you are going on vacation or have another reason you can't pick up your puppy until after the puppy turns 9 weeks old we will allow additional boarding with arrangements.
- Additional boarding after 9 weeks is $15.00 boarding fee per day plus any additional vaccinations and deworming fees.
