We kindly ask that all interested families complete this application prior to visiting or meeting the puppies. This helps us protect the privacy of our home and the health of our animals, while also streamlining the process should you decide to place a deposit or join our waitlist.


Filling out the application does not require a deposit. It's the first step in getting to know you and matching you with the right puppy when the time comes.

You're absolutely welcome to bring your children and family members to meet the puppies! 🐾 However, we kindly ask that you do not bring other dogs with you to ensure a safe and calm environment for our puppies and their mothers.

  • You’ve chosen a specific puppy, or

  • You would like to reserve a spot on the waitlist


Deposits are $300.00 USD and can be placed by cash, check or Venmo.

Once I place a deposit (if/when I choose to), it becomes non-refundable, unless agreed otherwise due to special circumstances.
